  • Fill in the BIMAS-mobile application form available at any of our branches convenient to your place
  • Dial *645*300# and select Activate BIMAS Client Mobile
  • Enter BIMAS Client ID
  • You will receive an SMS from BIMAS with your login details
  • New Customer Registration
  • Dial *645*300# and select register
  • Enter your ID number
  • Enter your first name
  • Enter four onther names
  • Select Branch
  • You will receive a message from BIMAS confirming receipt of your registration details. Upon successful registration, you will receive message from BIMAS with your client ID

  • Enter your BIMAS Mobile pin
  • Select My account (8)
  • Select Change My Pin (1)
  • Enter your Old Pin
  • Enter your New Pin
  • Confirm your New Pin
  • You will receive a message confirming the pin change
  • You can then login using your New Pin

  • Dial *645*300# to access BIMAS Mobile
  • Enter your BIMAS mobile pin
  • Select Enquiries - Loan or Savings
  • Select BIMAS Account. Your account balance will be displayed
  • MINI Statement
  • Dial *645*300# to access BIMAS Mobile
  • Enter your BIMAS mobile pin
  • Select Enquiries - Mini statement
  • Select Loan or Savings
  • Select BIMAS Account. You will get a mini statement on sms
  • Funds Deposit
  • Dial *645*300# to access BIMAS Mobile
  • Enter your BIMAS mobile pin
  • Select Deposit Funds
  • Select BIMAS Account
  • Enter amount. You will get a prompt from m-pesa pin to authorize the transaction
  • Type your m-pesa pin and press OK. You will receive a confirmation message from m-pesa and BIMAS for success or failure

  • Enter your BIMAS mobile pin
  • Select Loans
  • Select Loan Balance
  • Select Account
  • Your loan balance will be diplayed
  • Loan Mini Statement
  • Dial *645*300# to access BIMAS Mobile
  • Enter your BIMAS mobile pin
  • Select Loans
  • Select Loan mini statement
  • Select Account
  • Your loan mini statement will be sen on sms
  • Loan Application
  • Dial *645*300# to access BIMAS Mobile
  • Enter your BIMAS mobile pin
  • Select Loans
  • Select Request Loan
  • Select Either of the options (E_Loan, Weekly Loan, Monthly Loan)
  • Select Loan Product Option (e.g 1 for Chapchap)
  • Enter loan amount and period
  • For loans requiring guarantors, select 1 to add loan guarantor. Enter guarantors ID number and phone number
  • Select 2 to complete the loan application
  • Type 1 to accept the loan terms and conditions
  • You will receive a message confirming the receipt of the application then wait for the loan to be processed
  • Withdrawal to m-pesa
  • This option is used for transferring money from BIMAS account to your m-pesa account
  • Enter your BIMAS mobile pin
  • Select Send to m-pesa
  • Select BIMAS Account then type amount
  • You will get a message from m-pesa and BIMAS on the status of your transaction
