Overall Responsibility:
Market the Logbook product and offer excellent customer service to customers as well as ensure that the set sales targets are met.
1. A Kenyan citizen aged 25 years and above.
2. A minimum of a C plain at KCSE .
3. Diploma or degree in sales and marketing or its equivalent .
4. Previous experience in a financial institution will be an added advantage
5. Should be a person of integrity , bold ,decisive, self-driven, keen to detail, with good interpersonal skills and a team player.
6. Possess good customer service skills.
7. Results oriented and able to meet targets with proven sales results.
8. Valid certificate of good conduct .
9. Computer literate.
1. Business generation and growth of the logbook product.
2. Meet, educate and answer clients questions about the product.
3. Guide the clients on the loan process.
4. Drive sales and ensure set targets are met.

· Set up, configuration and maintenance of computers, mobiles, hardware, systems and applications
· Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
· Development and maintenance of software applications
· Resolving IT support requests from clients and employees
· Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
· Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
· Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed
· Installation and maintenance of computer networks (WAN and LAN)
· Ensure availability of computer systems and infrastructure
· End user support
· Any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
