Key issues that we focus on include environmental management, eco-efficiency, responsible sourcing, stakeholder engagement, labour standards and working conditions, employee and community relations, social equity, gender balance, human rights, good governance, and anti-corruption measures
In this regard, BIMAS has over the years participated in CSR activities which include:-
1. Adapting a ward at Nyeri Level Four Hospital, painting and tilling of wards 8 and 9
2. Annually supporting the Jomo Kenyatta home for the handicapped run by the Kenya Red Cross society in Embu
3. Provision of meals to the less fortunate and needy in the society and feeding the hungry
4. Corporate cleaning and planting of trees in the society
5. Supports childrens home across various parts of the country including Embu
6. Provision of meals to the needy families within Dallas amidst the Corona pandemic
